Take 3 flavors a day , 4 days a week during last trimester

Store in freezer . Thaw overnight in fridge or in lukewarm water . Shake well and enjoy ( separation of veggies and coconut water is normal ) . Discard after 24 hours ( I’m sure it wouldn’t last that long )
