We want our babies to grow to like the flavor fo the dark green cancer fighting, immune boosting SUPER FOODS! I would feed them kale flavors atleast 3 times a week.
This actually happens to be my babies favorite! KALE with creamy AVOCADO and a hint of basil to help introduce delicous herbs that are not only healthy but , they will encounter these flavors as they grow and will already be familiar with it!
Tip: Just because a baby frowns , or makes a funny face at veggies doesnt meant STOP. it means keep trying, keep giving it to them . They may be making a face at the first time taste ( it being new) , the texture or they may actually not like it. Keep exposing them to it.

Raising a picky eater who rejects dark leafy green veggies in the future is NO FUN. We must get them accustom to the flavors NOW.
